Michael did a great job explaining not only how he would market our home but the general real estate market and why it would be important to upgrade items like appliances and how that would impact the overall selling price.

With this said, he was just explaining options and there was never any presure to complete upgrades to sell the house.

He helped us with ideas and gave us a targeted price that he thought the house would sell for if we did a little work on the house. He was very knowledgable on all areas and even was able to help us get our home reclassified out of the flood zone.

We would highly recommend using Michael Burch to anyone.

Michael and Janet were awesome to work with every step of the way. From the initial steps to closing. They evaluated the house, recommending what work that had to be done, should be done, and didn't need to be done. They recommended contractors to do the work and assisted in buying appliances and paint and even did some of the work themselves. They were very knowledgeable about market conditions and researched the area to appropriately price the house. They organized the listing and open house. All this resulted in multiple offers the first weekend, which they evaluated, presented to me and advised me on. They made sure my paperwork was in order and also diligently followed up with the buyer's agent and finance people to make sure the closing would occur on time. In addition, they were friendly with great personalities which made them a joy to work with. I highly recommend Mike and Janet to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Janet and Michael Burch are an amazing team! Very knowledgeable and informative. Coached me through the closing process and were extremely helpful with any questions I had in addition to helping me find resources to help enhance my home.
